ECHO Welcomes Adrienne Morris and Annette Pizzimenti to Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of ECHO announced the appointment of Adrienne Morris and Annette Pizzimenti as members of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

 

Mrs. Adrienne Morris is President and Chief Executive Officer of Little Proposal Shop. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) bringing over thirteen years of experience working with Federal agencies to include the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Prior to joining LPS, Mrs. Morris specialized in capture planning, proposal development, proposal management and delivery for Federal Government and industry customers. Mrs. Morris enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, children, and cats. In addition to ongoing community service, Mrs. Morris enjoys soccer and travel. Mrs. Morris comments, “I look forward to working with the ECHO board and our community. I hope to increase awareness of ECHO’s mission and to work closely with those who can directly impact ECHOs needs.”

 

Mrs. Annette Pizzimenti is a versatile and successful financial executive with an extensive history of accomplishments in government contracting, wireless technology, banking, energy, manufacturing, real estate, and initial enterprise formations. She has played a key role in the formation of the international consortium created to own and operate the world’s first private satellite system in the 1990’s; planning for, and helping to raise over $1.6 Billion in private equity. In the late 1990’s she worked in London, UK as CFO were her experience with financial reporting and foreign currency translation proved invaluable. She has a proven history of strengthening companies with weak or nonexistent internal controls that have failed their first audit and getting them through the next audit with flying colors. Mrs. Pizzimenti is a strong believer in giving back to the community and joined the ECHO boar to help further its mission. Mrs. Pizzimenti states, “I am both thrilled and honored to be joining the Board of ECHO.  I have been looking for an opportunity to give back to the community and am looking forward to contributing to the growth of the organization by proactively creating opportunities for our local businesses and residents to make a positive difference in the lives of our adult residents with disabilities by empowering them to become active members of the community.”
